1. Be responsible for the development and selection of suppliers for overseas projects, and regularly evaluate suppliers according to the requirements of the procurement system;
2. Be responsible for the preparation of monthly capital plan, procurement plan and procurement implementation report of procurement materials;
3. Prepare bidding documents, organize bidding, bid opening and evaluation, and conduct price negotiation with suppliers;
4. Be responsible for drafting and reviewing specific material procurement contracts and tracking their performance;
5. Check with the warehouse personnel and handle the inspection and warehousing procedures;
6. Communicate with financial personnel and handle payment matters;
7. Communicate with suppliers and handle reconciliation matters;
8. Communicate with project personnel or factory personnel to solve problems in production or delivery and installation in a timely manner;
9. Develop suppliers and optimize cost and design with suppliers;
10. Understand the supplier's production process, be familiar with the product structure, and optimize the process design together with the technology;
1. Bachelor degree in mechanical, electrical, etc.
2. Proficient in the use of OFFICE and other office software, with mechanical map reading or basic knowledge of digital and analog electricity is preferred;
3. CET-4 or above, fluent in oral expression, good at reading and writing;
4. Have a certain knowledge of tax and finance, and understand the procurement and production process is preferred;
5. Relevant internship experience is preferred;
6. Outgoing personality, broad interests and hobbies, clear thinking, quick reaction, delicate mind, and strong adaptability;
7. Strong sense of responsibility, hard-working, good team spirit, strong communication, expression and coordination ability.
