Fangda Innotech has set up an Intelligent Rail Transport Systems Center of Engineering and Technology for PSD System in Guangdong, China, continuously leading the development direction of advanced technologies such as intelligent O&M technology, assembled modular technology, driverless metro PSD technology and BIM digital modeling, and has developed PSD system products with reliability, availability, maintainability and safety.
 Intelligent O&M Technology
The intelligent O&M system independently developed by Fangda Innotech is equipped with various analog sensors in the actual PSD to collect the operation status data of the PSD system in real time, which is uploaded to a big data database of the line server in real time by the door controller. Servers are developed to carry out digital modeling and big-data analysis on the operation log of the PSD system, so as to judge the health degree of equipment and predicate the future health trend of equipment, thus realizing real-time status monitoring, intelligent fault prediction and health management. In this way, "precautions in advance" and breakthroughs in ensuring the availability of PSD equipment can be achieved.
 Assembled Modular Technology
The assembled modular technology is designed with the PSD unit as the module, the overall components of the PSD unit are produced in a streamlined manner in the factory, where modular assembly and commissioning are also completed. The door body unit is installed as the module on the construction site, which can greatly improve the installation and commissioning efficiency and process quality of the project. This technology can be widely developed in the global rail transit market.
Driverless Metro PSD Technology
At present, Fangda Innotech has completed the construction of a number of international unmanned rail transit lines such as Mumbai Line 3 in India, MRT Line 2 in Kuala Lumpur and Jurong Region Line in Singapore. In China's PSD market, it has undertaken the construction of the first fully automatic unmanned rail transit line in many major cities such as Shenzhen, Nanning, Wuhan, Jinan, Xi'an, Nanjing, Zhengzhou and Taiyuan, strongly promoting the intelligent development of the PSD system industry of rail transit.
BIM Digital Modeling Technology
Fangda Innotech has deeply applied BIM digital modeling technology in Mumbai Line 3 and NCRTC Project in India, Jurong Region Line in Singapore and other projects to carry out multi-discipline collaborative and integrated design, so as to realize digital and information management of the whole life cycle of engineering construction projects.
